Hello Trevor, at left is how the forum opens on my PC, at right is how it opens on my mobile phone .. when I contacted TPG they checked and said the system was ok, the forum was the same at first then the following morning it opened on the 'phone ok, however it went off again next day .. today. Hello. In your mobile browser, is the URL being redirected to https from http? If so, these are handled different by browsers and a site being accessed by the version of the URL NOT in the AdminCP settings will show without the styling as the browser will treat this as insecure.
I'd recommend you look at getting an SSL certificate installed on your site as more browsers are now starting to force users to https versions of sites for security reasons. Once you have that installed (your host can provide and install for you - or this may be available within your hosting Control Panel), login to your AdminCP and update the two forum URL values to https and save.
Next, open the .htaccess file in your root directory and remove the # from these two lines ONLY: #RewriteCond %{HTTPS} !=on #RewriteRule . https://%{SERVER_NAME}%{REQUEST_URI} [R=301,L] This will force users to the correct URL and should resolve these issues.
