Great job with the cut and paste, but tell me where Trump is charged with, let alone convicted of, being "engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies"?

Because according to the 5th amendment, "No person shall be ... deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law" and running for office is most certainly a liberty, and the bill of rights is inviolate.
