The all Democrat-appointed Colorado Supreme Court on Tuesday staged an insurrection against our sacred democracy by ruling that former President Donald Trump is ineligible to appear on the ballot in 2024.

Yeah I had never seen a troon until I moved to Colorado and then it became a common occurance in the Denver metro, that's when I realized New Mexico only thinks they're Liberal. Denver only got worse by the year and so we plotted our escape lol. Been in AZ, Job market isn't as strong but I haven't seen a troon the whole time I've been here and fags aren't that common here either.

Nothing except that this is probably a fight they don't want to have. I don't think that Trump will be disqualified. And I don't think a Biden disqualification would stand up either. Because according to the 5th amendment, "No person shall be ... deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law" and running for office is most certainly a liberty, and the bill of rights is inviolate.
