Interesting idea, except for the lack of consideration of how niggers will factor in.

Do these politicians really think they will control niggers that way? If these cars, etc, are designed to control "everyone", what will niggers do?

You are correct, but technology like this would be technically "agnostic" about the user.

This isn't like gun laws, where people are actually enforcing the laws and can just ignore the niggers. In order for the car concept to work, everyone would need to pass the technology check.

A foolproof system would no doubt require positive recognition to start, meaning that someone without the right "key" would never be able to drive. This would require niggers to meet the requirements, and be fully compliant to operate the vehicles.

It's possible a black market forgery system of sorts will be developed and niggers will have all the means to use that system - much like the "gun law" blue areas where legal owners jump through hoops and niggers all carry guns illegally.

Who knows how this technology will play out in reality, but this whole idea sounds similar to a forced "gun locking to dna" type idea - for safety, obviously - that may or may not be able to accomplish the intended goal.

This sounds plausible, but not in the next 10 years and not by 2035 (which seems to be a goal year for a lot of these plans). The auto industry will push back against this. When I left Houston in 2003, they claimed only 45% of Harris county had liability auto insurance. I am willing to bet that number is way less now. Insurance coverage is not going to be a motivator, even for whites who ain't got shit to lose anyway. Seeing a 10+ year old car nowadays is common. Even if they stop all ICE car sales in 2035, there is at least 20+ years of getting those cars off the roads. You'll end up like the Cubans, keeping cars from the 50s running.
