Ukrainian driver challenge.

'near Borodyanka of Kyiv region' At the beginning of the SMO. Looks to be the main road to the east, but can't find the exact location on google streetview.

Those mines will blow a hole in a tank. A car would evaporate.

This was a week or two after Russia started the SMO, and the guys are presumably some type of military or militia at an anti-Russian checkpoint. Russians were near and at Kiev, so the threat in Borodyanka would have seemed real.

When Boris flew in to convince elensky to suicide the country instead of coming to terms, the Russians withdrew to a supportable combat line and this was probably removed.

The question I have is why? Why throw a bunch of mines out in the open like that? It’s stupid and that’s why I can’t believe that is real. Any other time you see razor wire and shit like jersey walls.

Pressure, movement, sound, magnetism and vibration are types of mine triggers. Anti-foot mines typically use the pressure of the foot as the trigger. (or the knee, as in that infamous video from the 'Bradley Square' debacle)
