TBGFQ has looked into his local laws and determined the jews pasting their propaganda everywhere is actually illegal. It's a form of littering. So long as it is in a public place.
The jews aren't being prosecuted for obvious reasons.

Removing the propaganda from public places from a legal perspective is cleaning up litter. Which means it is perfectly legal, and there's nothing cops or prosecutors can do without going outside the law. By extension the jews can do nothing without drawing a lot of public malice, and clearly they aren't willing to take that risk.

If he starts putting up his own flyers, or modifying theirs, he will be engaged in littering. Given it's clear the jews have the local cops and prosecutors in their pocket, he will very likely be charged for the same crime the jews are currently commiting.
