I hear ya. My personal life EXPLODED in 2012. Got divorced, lost my job, and my world got flipped turned upside down. For real. I have been thinking that maybe the calendar thing wasn't bullshit. I feel sorry for the people who missed out on the 80s. If I could relive one year, over and over, for all of eternity, it would be 1985. I was a freshman in highschool and it was a landmark time for me. Viva la 80s.

We lived on a cul de sac. We turned part of the road into a baseball diamond and would play baseball with a tennis ball. We went to a nearby Forrest and built a swing over the creek. We made tree houses. We played guns with low powered bb guns. Were "borrowing" our parents cars at 14. Now I feel like I might go to jail if my 12 year old isn't wearing a helmet and being supervised while riding a bike.
