Just noticing that -- as in East Palestine, OH -- a toxic derailment in an area with very high white percentage of the population. Rockcastle co. Kentucky 98.8% white, and all counties that surround it average about 95% white. East Palestine OH was 98% white, and its county was 95.5% white.
