Is this from the daily Proverbs chapter (31 chapters in Proverbs) or a coincidence?

The YLT translation is often worth referencing.

Old Testament syntax often gets weird because of the original Hebrew tenses. Young's Literal truly goes for "literal" over easily understandable. I think that's why he published a concordance and commentary.
