There are a few checks to see if an edition is zogged/antiChrist. One of the checks is to see if they sync or obscure the connection between Galatians 3:16 and Genesis 9:9, Genesis 12:7 & Genesis 17:7. Gal 3 clarifies that "seed" in the Abrahamic promises is singular, not plural (Christ is the seed). This means Gen 9, 12 & 17 should use the same word as Gal 3. "Seed" / "offspring", etc. The word choice in translation should be consistent. KJV keeps it consistent. The moment you see a mismatch like "seed" in Gal 3 and "offspring" in Gen 12, the word has been manipulated to hide the truth (CSB manipulates like this). The moment you see something blatant like "descendants" instead of "seed" is when you know the edition is shamelessly and viciously rejecting the word of God (AMP and others do this).
The political reason for the obfuscation is to attempt to give more clout to the Talmudic Judaic land claims in the West Asia, as well as the erroneous concept of fleshly inheritance through flesh rather than spirit. Many of these versions can be assumed to be reasonably funded or financially influenced by interest groups that benefited in some way from subverting the true message in scripture. The true context is that the promises belong to Christ and therefore those in Christ. It is part of the reason Jerusalem, et al, were seen as holy lands rightfully belonging to Christians. The editions that obscure Gal 3 largely come after WWII when the land was conceded to Talmudites. The land ceased to be recognized as a kingdom under Christ and became known as the State of Israel.
Gal 3:16 vs. Gen 9:9 or Gen 12:7 or Gen 17:7 is the quick check. Looking at only one of the Gen references is not enough. You need to look at the consistency and usage of "seed" throughout the Abrahamic promises to know for sure. NIV passes the Gen 12:7 check but fails on Gen 17:7 and Gen 9:9, which means it is a zogged translation. There again, the trend is that a great many versions made after WWII have a political bias endorsing antiChrist occupation of the holy land. I'm hesitant to say all translations will be antiChrist, but a very great number of them absolutely will be. I believe we owe it to onlookers to explain why in an objective and measurable way.
Old Testament syntax often gets weird because of the original Hebrew tenses. Young's Literal truly goes for "literal" over easily understandable. I think that's why he published a concordance and commentary.
