My understanding is that essentially what happened with South Africa is that world powers were able to bribe the power in the country into accepting black rule by promising the rich that they'd restore exports so they could make a living. It was the premise that while the wealthy would lose their power to commie niggers, they'd be able to profit at least in the short term and use the money to protect themselves.
