If you want to see the future, take a look at Germany.
They fucked up their Electricity production/supply, they forced people into e-cars and e-heating.
Now they openly admit that in times of electricity shortages, Charging station and e-heating are the first to be shut of to keep the grid form collapsing.
Those pesky conspiracy nazi were right again and they are right about the 15 min goy slob pods.
Burning hydrocarbons produces water and co2 as byproducts. Lol And its 100% renewable And its solar energy. And its green, as it came from life in the first place.
They proved normies would do this during the scamdemic. When they would line up like good unquestioning jewcocksuckers for their next compliance injection.
The town I work in is full of professors and scientists driving these things. These guys can’t turn a screwdriver or drive a nail. Thank God they don’t have to change their own oil.
the charging times for electric cars are hilarious. at minimum it's five times longer than filling up liquid into a tank, and there is no technological breakthrough waiting in the wings to change that. Plug-in hybrids are the only cars worth buying, if you want to go the electric route.
yes, the reason is battery physics. to get the very high volume of voltage/wattage/whatever into the materials that make up the battery requires a sort of "absorption" process, which can only occur at a rate determined by physics. unless you invent batteries with materials that can more rapidly absorb the charge, you'll never see an increase. that is an area with a lot of work being done, for obvious reasons, but anything likely to hit the retail market will be in the lab five years prior, and it's not in the lab yet.
These sorts of problems were entirely predictable and were the basis for the idea of using "swappable" batteries for cars. This was opposed by the industry, who all wanted to make money on the charging end. Cars are also built around custom batteries and placements for weight/etc reasons, but there's no reason why all EV's can't use a standard central battery meant to be accessible and swappable. This would get say 1 hour of driving time, enough to get home or to the next station, etc.
The reason all of this was ignored is because the top people know that EV's are not the future.
i don't believe anything Globohomo says. it seems very likely that oil is not a finite resource in any practical sense. it is certainly abiotic. also emissions from cars have nothing to do with the weather, but they do cause pollution particularly in valley cities. i'm fine with switching to hydrogen car fuels to improve local air quality I just wish everyone would stop lying all of the time about things. car design is due to over-regulation and the increasing blandness of people (cough millennials cough). I believe the onslaught of Chinese cars will finally nudge design back into a competitive state.
God: ohhhh aren't they sweet I've given them every resource on earth to invent better products and they just keep going back to an invention made in 1800. I love my retarded babies!
Any move towards the centralization is bad for freedom. This is why I call for a return to steam power. It's a known technology that works, and can be made to work at every level.
Seems like an opportunity for some private enterprise. I have an 8,000 Watt generator and a pickup truck what day I could make some serious money from people in a desperate situation. Want to charge your car? How about $100 to get home. Oh, someone else offering me more? They get priority.
If I lived in Burbank, I’d be there every single night making more in a few hours than I do all day.
Where i live Mo's of the street lights now have charging ports in them.
It's not going to super mega fast charge anything, but will do so overnight, and with lower power charging the risk of fire is seriously reduced.
This seems to be the sensible way, but does require the gov to actually do something for it's tax payers.
I think the ev battery fires are linked to rapid charging but they don't want to be honest about that because the industry is reliant on them and it's a big selling point for the cars.
Back when the only chargers you could get were 7kw EV fires were not a thing.
Now we're dumping 150-350kw into giant laptop batteries and being surprised the batteries degrade and catch fire
Niggers will make it nonviable, so you either have a charger outside your house where the nigger will unplug it because its funny or strip your charger for copper or you keep it in the garage and now you have a fire hazard in your house.
or how about you use a charge and a nigger just unplugs it and starts using your charge time on their car, they ruin everything and this honor system with chargers is too much for niggers.

Creating/moving heat and making things move are the two most energy-intensive things we can do with electricity.

All you need to do is not boycott your biggest source of natural gas imports because the globohomo tells you to.

You literally have to wait like 30 MINUTES just to wait FIFTY MINUTES to charge it to 80%.
