19,000 ATMs Have Shut Down Across US as the Govt Prepares to Roll Out CBDC Digital Currency

Thousands of ATM cash machines and local bank branches have been closing down as we move toward a cashless society and the government pursues the roll out of digital surveillance and Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC). The excuse for shutting down ATMs was to prevent COVID germs from spreading on cash. In the UK, over 8,000 ATMs were shut down, amounting to 13% of all cash machines. In the US, over 19,000 ATMs were shut down and access to cash is becoming more scarce.

A shopping centre not far from where I live has just been renovated. New shops, decor, etc, the works.

One ATM for the entire place. One. And on the weekend it was conveniently out of order.

I never understood needing an ATM often. If you are a real cash person you already have the cash. If you are going to the atm to make a purchase that you are going to make 15 minutes from then, why wouldn't you use a card. You basically already are but with extra steps.

I'm actually hearing more people say they are using more cash these days instead of EFT, because it's easier to budget. Some are also clueing on to the potential, and in all certainty pitfalls, of a completely digital landscape.

Find alternative methods of barter. It is silly to hold on to federal reserve notes, which get massively depreciated every year. Fuck the jew notes. We need non jew currency.

Normalize silver coins.
