There are several based things about this guy, but the most important and relevant one is this:

Pennsylvania, a lawsuit filed at the United States Supreme Court contesting the results of the 2020 presidential election, in which Joe Biden defeated[45] incumbent Donald Trump."
In the event of a failure to reach an electoral college winner, the election for President is sent to the House and the Speaker oversees it. Heading into the 2024 election, this will be the Speaker.
