I have never heard of a jew who acted with integrity when money is on the line. I'm sure it's possible to do honest business with a jew but you need to very carefully contemplate every avenue he has to get out of his obligations or screw you over.

jews aren't supposed to rip off other jews, but Talmudically she's the deadbeat. Some of their rabbi's sermons are online, they talk about money all the time. Imagine going to church and the pastor is giving out business advice. A lot of what they say is basically, "stop being too greedy, you're going to get us holocausted for real." They're fundamentally aware of burning out a host too quickly but they just can't help themselves.
