If you have a stove, look up no-knead bread. Flour, water,salt, yeast, let it rise and pop it in the oven. My wife makes a double batch in a cast iron and it lasts the family about a week. We keep it in the fridge in a freezer bag. Under those conditions it doesn’t dry out and it won’t mold for about three weeks or so.
