kek I used one back when my neighbors dogs barked all night every night. If I can't sleep NO ONE DOES. I played the most annoying sounds on Youtube for little spurts at different times. I can be petty. They did something with their fuckin dogs and the barking was cut down by 88%.

To answer your question, get bigger directional speaker and 1000 watt amp and hook computer into it. Play the most annoying shit you can find. Fight stupid with stupid, I say!
