Lactose intolerance has a genetic component, as it's related to LCT or the lactase gene. And lactose intolerance by ethnicity is another aspect of this health issue, as people of the following descents are more prone to developing it, per the NLM:
East Asian (between 70 to 100 percent of adults are affected)
Maybe it all is genetic and bill gates owns all the cows but a lot of these younger ones are getting it now. Also adults are starting to get lactose issues in their 30's. Its the "milk" thats the issue. Seen some videos where lactose intolerant people are turning to Amish dairy products and not having issues with it at all.
It's a protein thing, not lactose intolerance. Look up the difference between A1 and A2 milk proteins. A2 is the one in human breast milk, A1 is the result of a mutation in dairy cows. I guarantee that the Amish milk that people tolerate better is A2/A2.
I can drink milk. No one in my family has ever had an issue with milk until this newer generation. A nephews kid also has it. How is it only now?
