Ultimately though, it would be best to have a ruling that being anti semitic breaks no law, and is no sin.

They're angling for a precednt that anti semitism is a crime. Which might be good. Drugs are illegal. Shoplifting is illegal. Trump became a hero to a lot of nogs the minute he was arrested
