Jeffery Dahmer was a rapist who preyed on other men before he was a cannibal serial killer. He raped two soldiers in his platoon when he was in the Army. One of the soldiers reported it to his superiors and instead of court martialing Dahmer they simply kicked him out of the Army for being "psychologically unsuitable for continued Military service" (basically they kicked him out for being a faggot).
