Milliken/Millikin is a jewish-only name. They owned the last remaining textile businesses in South Carolina when I lived there.

jew or not, they did 'some' of the wildfire defense preparation around their house and it was enough. In a less crowded area, your defense zone should be up to 100 feet of progressively less vegetation, with the house at the center. Add ember barriers on vents and your odds of saving it go way up.
