I'm not sure how accurate these reports are. I recently made a twatter account and haven't done any of that shit.

However, this ID thing may affect you if you want to be verified (getting the blue tick) and monetising your account. Apparently some people are already making thousands by monetising accounts. You need to have thousands of followers to make money - you get a fee or something if people comment on your posts. Not sure though. I have no intention of going deeper into twatter than following animal and nature accounts and pro-Whites such as Keith Woods.

If Elon does extend it though, I'll just close my account. No big deal, though I'll miss my daily animal videos.
