The funding for the new crypto coin (BALD) came from wallets owned by Alameda and FTX. Why weren't those accounts seized right after the FTX crash? He was also one of the big pushers for decentralized exchanges that made his scam easier.

If he was giving money to Republicans instead of Democrats they'd have him in solitary confinement even if it's just for show.

I don't think so. Bail guarantees your appearance in court. As long as you're making those, I don't think you forfeit it. In fact, if you're in jail, you're not out on bond, so they probably give it back. There is no reason for a bond when you are in custody.

If he used a bondsman then he's out that money already anyways. And the bondsman held up his end, so I don't think there's a problem.
