This is a variation on a very old joke.

Turns out Hitler never died. Using cryogenics, they preserved him to try again later. So, in 2016 he's unfrozen and it caused quite the stir. Uncle Adolf starts getting a lot of attention and he's invited on to a late night talk show. The host asks him, "So Hitler, can I you Hitler? Hitler what are you going to do if you come back into power?"
Hitler responds "I'm going to kill six million more jews and four clowns"
Shocked the host asks, "Clowns? Why the four clowns?"
Hitler responds, "See, I told you nobody cares about the jews"
