Can someone translate this HR speak to human?

Got some more info from my exit interview and this is what they came back with: they said that it had nothing to do with me, and that it was a combination of provisioning for budgets, combined with laptop resource problems. They told me i would thrive better in a faster, less constricted environment.

"provisioning for budget" means they are trimming fat and you aren't a diversity hire or you're just not that valuable.

"laptop resource problems" you used your work computer to look at voat and voat has lots of posts abouts niggers, faggots, and kikes. Social credit termination.

It's really weird, I was on very good terms with the boss and the manager, and then out of nowhere, they terminated me in the morning. They couldn't do it directly, so they had some low level IT grunt call me instead

I think they're saying that they want someone less competent and therefore less likely to complain. HR only exists to protect the company legally.
