Legally speaking can you run someone over when they are running away so long as they just attempted to rob you and still have the gun? I mean I’m all for it but I’ve always thought you could only use violence when facing an imminent threat. It was clearly an accident. The victims were still in a state of panic, fleeing the scene for their lives, and driving to the nearest exit. But, the suspect, dressed in dark clothing, ran right in front of the victim's car. So sad. Ah, well.
