Critics had pointed to this fact, and some online have even called the ice cream company "hypocrites" for not returning the "stolen" land it sits on while calling for others to do so.

the indigineous people moved with the buffalo, they did not have a permanent settlement, they had free range of the continent, and followed the buffalo and lived off the land
