Holocaust:
A burnt sacrifice or offering, the whole of which was consumed by fire; a species of sacrifice in use among the Jews and some pagan nations.

That's why 6 million died in WW2, and in so many other stories, it is a ritual

if by that you mean germans? then yes and even then the number goes higher when you count the million german women who got killed and raped by the "allies"

but if you mean 6 gorillion jews died, then you are wrong, there were not even a half million jews on germany at the time, and the ones who died were minimal and did so because of illness and the USA bombing of the camps.

the 6 million is a lie older than ww2 itself perpetrated by the jews all over the world but specially the ones working on the newspapers in USA during that time.

Of course 6 million jews didn't die. There are reports throughout history of 6 million jews dying at all kinds of different events. The key is that they claim death for their own ritual.

The very important thing here is the date. This is 1937. This is before there was any supposed historic existence of any camps. So the idea among Jews that something was necessary to their religion to be sacrificed and burned in a fire clearly existed before any of the false allegations that Jews were burned alive in ovens etc.

Off hand, I'd say they appear to. look at the position it put the jews in after WWII. However, when you think a bit deeper, they've pulled this stunt repeatedly and it didn't appear to work prior to their advantage.

The book "Gruesome Harvest" was written in 1947. The final sentence of the book is "Russia's designs on Germany would be frustrated, war between East and West would be unnecessary, the world would be spared another tragic holocaust."

But the "Holocaust" the author is referring to is the one Neville Chamberlain was describing in his July 31, 1939 speech to the House of Commons wherin he said- " If war should come, whichever side may claim ultimate victory, nothing is more certain than that victor and vanquished alike would glean a gruesome harvest of human misery and suffering."

My point is that at the end of WWII and even in the ensuing years "holocaust" did not refer at all to any kind of jewish punishment or extermination.

it's probably just a name that was used for an event in the Bible where God consumed flesh of animals by fire rained down from Heaven. the term was then transferred to nazis extermination program of jews

First definition(s) as you described occurred in about 1969. At that point the Jews had purchased the publishing houses and made that definition appear in dictionaries and made the entire subject occur in encylopedias.
