From a different video, it looks like the design team focused on hull strength, and everything else seemed to be just tacked on.

If there was a problem at the ocean floor, I would guess no water will get in, but that just means a lot of time to think about things as the CO2 builds up and O2 drops, as well as getting very very cold.

Probably another situation like the Kursk.

Wasn't hard to find the Kursk.

The big explosion gave it away, but also it sank in less than 150 meters of water - with a bunch of naval vessels around.

This entirely different - small, alone, no noise, etc. Not designed for survival, just a quick up and down tour. If propulsion goes out, the thing will drift way off course.
