Torah (or Mosaic Law) and its scriptures as like the Jewish tradition (Talmud and Zohar) are all for Jews, not for Goyim.
The 613 laws are the basis for the Jacob's 12 tribes, the Tabernacle, the Jewish Temple, Jewish society and the original State of Israel. If you knew the Mosaic Law, you would know it's clearly biased towards the Jewish supremacy and the ruin of the Goyim.
