With regular pedos most rape cases they get in trouble for is convincing a 12yo to blow them who is curious. Still messed up.
With fags they take an actual child and butt rape them brutally against their will. They aren't the same.
So not only do the fags rape 11:1 compared to hetero pedos, the nature of it is completely different. That means if you scaled their populations so they were equal that for every time a hetero pedo gets a blow job, 11 fag pedos violently butt fuck kids without mercy.
