With the potential of a global recession looming and unprecedented inflation, now is s perfect time to remove fixed interest rates so the few Boomer Australians in the property market paying off their mortgage will likely lose their homes.

Fixed-rate borrowing increased significantly during the COVID-19 pandemic, which has delayed the effect of the higher cash rate on borrowers’ cash flows.

Borrowers with fixed-rate loans have had a considerable period to adjust their finances to prepare for the increase in their mortgage payments and many appear to have similar savings to borrowers on variable rates.

I was just discussing this with someone the other day: how do restaurants manage to stay in business, if not turn a profit, in today's economy?
I had to explain (to a boomer, no less) that, if not a front for laundering criminal money, usually it's an immigrant family running the operation taking full advantage of the tax breaks and subsidies provided by the government, and when those expire, the family merely transfers ownership to another member to renew the process.

Additionally (and here's where my point is made), immigrant communities do something that their White counterpart typically does not: pool their resources to help elevate their members.
This usually entails business loans, but a mortgage to a growing family to purchase a home is not out of the question so long as it benefits the community; it's an investment in their people, not a bank.

We're still over 50 percent of the population and with that comes the power of the pocketbook.
If we shed the yoke and shunned the banks -- the institutions that hate our very existence and want to keep us under their heel -- and kept the money flowing within our communities, we could grow our wealth, prosperity, and the freedom that follows, while also starving the beast.

One of the reasons we don't like immigrants among us is because of their low standards. Shall we actively support White retardation? It's a softer form of genocide, but eventually as effective as active variations. Just look around at current society.

In my area, I counted 98% of "Whites" wearing masks over their breathing holes.

I envy you living around folk like that. Today I noticed more people at the Supermarket wearing masks during Aus 5th Covid Wave but only about 1/20th of customers. Very disappointing.
