That is a really good story. Near future science fiction, responding to the latest technological developments. Excellent!

Did you use an AI or not?

I liked it. Sci-fi pairs nicely with psychological horror. I think it would make a neat side story in a novel too. Maybe making the intent to murder more vague and interpretive.
