He reinterpreted data that showed that there is no significant additional risk to the general population to there being an additional risk for a specific subset of the group, men 18 to 39. And if you go look at the info he was putting out, he made that very clear. If you average out old and young, men and women, there is no additional risk, but if you are a man between 18 and 39, there is a higher, significant, risk.

No data was changed. None. At all.
