Realistically, it’s likely people would be bugging in during another winter storm. I keep a lot of canned food in the basement from the Mormon Church rated to last 20 years.

Can easily imagine a week going by with the grid locked down due ti severe blizzard. So definitely want a way to relax comfortably with warmth, food, and hot chocolate. If we’re going to be locked indoors, we’ll want to uphold comfort and luxury.

I had a fearful customer a decade ago during an appliance repair problem. He went on and on and I just fucked around with his appliance. Once I was done, I got paid in cash and let him engage me in his fear again. When he asked what preps I'm making, I said I don't need to prep. If it gets that bad, I'll just eat the kids in my neighborhood, and asked what his worst case scenario was. Silence.

He never called me again. Oh well.
