why is there a rainbow on the tank and why is it white? I have a 2012 nightster but always liked the flat black styling of the 883 Iron better. Didnt know they made a 1200 Iron now. 1. Correct but I wouldn't want one anyway. Did once as a 17 yo. 2. Nah she don't care none 'bout an e-scooter but I don't want one and here's why since you were silly enough to encourage me...e.scooters, like bicycles, get you from A to B too quickly and because they are fast modes of transport you need to concentrate heaps. A kick-scooter is leisurely - you walk some and ride some. And you can interact with pedestrians better i.e. kick-scootering sociable. I don't feel the same cyclist hate. It's far more fun than I expected and indeed I reach for the scooter rather than the bike!

Last Harley I saw in detail was a friend's. He pulled up into my driveway and promptly emptied all the oil out.

I did some perusing of diagrams I found in the ancient dusty archives of the internet, and it turns out to be a design flaw. Some dumbass thought it a good idea to have an all-metal male-to-male (as the only) connector between the oil pump and the rest of the bike. ON A MACHINE THAT DOES NOTHING BUT SHAKE!

So have a look at that area just in case.

Keep the rubber side down and the shiny side up!

But oil leaks haven't been a common problem in decades.
