“Using federal forfeiture records, the Institute for Justice calculated that from 2017 to 2021, Department of Justice agencies took in over $8 billion through forfeitures, with the FBI receiving $1.19 billion of that.”
“…government agencies stand to gain from these types of raids,… the money is then returned to the agency to pay for ‘costs associated with accomplishing the legal forfeiture of the property,’”
It's said to not do your alms before men. But it's also said to be a candle on a hill. I think the point is if you are actually doing it you can tell people about it to encourage others. I donate money to them. Other people should consider it. They don't just help people win against the government. They help establish precedent that gets this kind of shit shut down and makes sure the injustice of the government is seen in the higher courts so that the supreme court understands that qualified immunity and civil and administrative asset forfeiture aren't going well.

Civil forfeiture laws existed so they could say the war on drugs doesn't work and they could flood the countries with drugs. As if people wouldn't be pissed about the theiving.
I doubt a safe in your home would be "safe" at this point. If the fed fuckers even sniff out a red cent you might have they'll cook up some reason to seize it.
While civil asset forfeiture is by and large bullshit, read between the lines. It is a nigger, it called the safe deposit boxes her "private money place", and the bank they were using was targeted due to money laundering for drug dealers. Something is fishy.
