A booming market in repairs and home electrical generators(they aren't that hard to build out of scrap) will come after such an event, and we might see another attack on the farmers, though they'll likely have enough to feed ourselves. Cars that rely heavily on electronics will be broken as fuck. Cars that don't, usually ones old enough to have a carburetor, might need a bit of work but will be able to get back up and running in a few days. Assuming you can get the suddenly much-needed parts that is.
