And once the government gets directly involved with supplying food aid, how long till somebody gets the idea to slip anti-fertility compounds into it?

As long as its exclusively slipped to niggers and catholics

I'm OK with this

Isn't that what the pill is for?

He's driving a $30,000 truck. You have assholes that failed to live within their means, never saved a dime, spent every dollar they came by now expect the government to care for them.

And his wife has an oxygen tube under nose while smoking a cigarette.

You just can't save some folk.

He's literally complaining because he's been stealing more than he should've without an income reduction. Now they're reducing his food stamps based on his income.

Kid told me food pantry is picking up more people lately. During past couple of months about 6 cars or so last month 46 cars.

This guy
I thought, ‘Wow, the government is trying to kill us now,’

Only now??

@Her0n This was one of my initial concerns and why I didnt want to grow out front this year.

Oh, and I can vouch for the increase in need; I volunteer at a pantry and the last couple of months have been unreal, especially so after they razed the homeless village across town.

[ - ] Gowithit 0 points 2.2 yearsMar 6, 2023 00:24:14 ago (+0/-0)

What do you mean razed? As in cleared out?

[ - ] La_Chalupacabra 1 point 2.2 yearsMar 6, 2023 00:39:11 ago (+1/-0)

Yep. City came in with heavy earthmoving equipment and leveled the entire area, trees and shrubbery, too.
Nothing but a dirt patch now.

Haha, nice.

Nice that trees and shrubs were reduced to nothing?

[ - ] La_Chalupacabra 1 point 2.2 yearsMar 5, 2023 23:13:31 ago (+1/-0)

Guerilla and camouflage gardening.
The former is where you set up in places nobody would expect and is rarely or never visited (abandoned back portions of parks where I live, for example), and the latter is using crops unfamiliar to locals (one guy on the chans laid out his entire strategy for us. Teff grain comes to mind as one; it's a plant from East Africa that resembles common foxtail grass.
Who would even think to look twice at something like that?)
There's also foraging. You'd be surprised how many weeds are actually nutritious.

Thanks for the advice but Im a little stuck to where I can grow. Sunflowers though on the one open side out back might work. Inconspicuos, edible...thats something to consider. Not out of the ordinary either as other people down the block also grow them.

And we thought 2022 was fun....

Protecting your crops from hungry retards trying to eat un-ripened food is going to be a concern going forward. It takes a community to survive well.

Then don't do it. It's hard to hide food when people are actively searching for it.

I'm in the boonies of the US so it'll be a while until anyone comes this far into the wilderness.

I have friends who grow in buckets and Mobile planters so they can bring the plants inside in case the need arise. Maybe that might work better? Then you have to (potentially) buy soil and fertilize like crazy.

It's still an obtainable goal, it's like an outdoor stealth grow lol

I used to have boonies.. Im glad she went to a good home. Take care of her. :)

I just now got this mention notification. This is a terrible situation to be in, and I hope for the best for you all. It's honestly insane to think this way, but maybe indoor growing might be a safer option. The initial setup is expensive, but if you use LEDs the long term isn't a bad.

Maybe growing veggies like it's Marijuana might be your best bet. I know the courts would destroy your life if you defended your food from unprepared idiots/thieves.

Then again the zogbots might raid your growing thinking it is weed, and they'll still destroy your plants anyway...

How's your dry storage looking? Have you stocked at least 9 months to a years worth of dry goods?

Also buy Bic lighters and fluid to refill them. That will give you a great currency that's lightweight and compact.
