Today I learned I have "exploding head syndrome"

Sometimes just when i am about to fall asleep i can see bright flash of light. Like someone would take a camera flash and point it right at my eyes.
Other times, early in the morning I wake up from hearing a loud bang. A door slamming very hard, or even an explosion.
But both times, it's just my imagination. Not sure how often it happens, as it never concerned me all to much to think about it for too long.

I don't smoke weed. Or drink alcohol. Hardly ever any caffeine either.

No medication of any kind. I eat relatively healthy as well. Don't have that much stress in my live.

I'd say that's it. I don't have a source for this but I remember reading from some baker that it was almost impossible for them to get flour that isn't full of glycophosphate. Now with the whole chicken feed / egg debacle, I'd venture a guess the major benefit of giving up carbs would be a drastic reduction in the uptake of toxins.

It only seems to happen once or twice a year.
You have lead me down the rabbit hole in finding organic pesticide free flour. Plenty of options, but at least there in Canada it's at least ten times the price, and that doesn't even include shipping.
