Buy all you want but if you take it longer than 14 days you're fucking up your thyroid. It becomes reliant on that freely available iodine and it becomes far more difficult for it to extract it on its own.

On the other hand, these seem only targeted at specific exposure, not a general protection from exposure to radiation or various radioactive substances.
