The 3rd item in the list, "American-made electronics transmit radio frequencies", is a bit misleading; almost all electronics do this, not just US, and it's not intended, it's just incidental to electrical signals switching on and off. It takes some very high-grade shielding (TEMPEST) to prevent these signals from leaking. The US (and likely many other governments) have done a lot of work in being able to intercept and decode these signals.

If you are a person of interest I could see them doing that. It's called interdiction. I have family that did that stuff except it was foreign nationals on international waters rather than electronics.
