Heil Hitler is incredibly a mild thing to say when you know how incredibly lenient and kind he was to jews in general. I expected something more based. But hey, in the minds of the disgusting normie hive mind, seeing how they think Hitler wanted to murder all jews, in that context, it's based.
Yeah - I think it's lost on us that Hitler was a politician, and as a politician he had these weird flaws that we despise so much in our current environment because our politicians are fucking faggots. Hitler was also a war hero in GjW I (Giant jew War 1). I respect the guy. It's a short peg to hang our hats on, but it's the only peg on the coat rack we got. That said, I find your insights to be really interesting. I'd like to know more.
The sad part is that the German youth of that era essentially has to hide their past from their families and their everyday interactions. The cool part is that most people are too stupid to put two and two together.
* I know a german guy who was Hitler Youth and his extended family has no idea. I'm sure his sons know, and I know his wife knows but no one else does. One day I was talking to him, you know that thing people used to do when they were genuinely interested in someone elses life, and he told me how he got to America and when he was born. So I looked at him, and I made a few pointed references, and he knew I knew and we were cool. Family, totally fucking oblivious and self absorbed.
Oma knows some shit, because she's seen some shit. You can choose to listen, or not. I'll bet there was a time when Oma would have schooled all those silly little fuckers.
Back in the 80's I used to take the wife to a little summer haus out in the forest near Ringingen (South of Stuttgart). The owner had been a Col. in the Wermacht on the Eastern Front (and made it back alive), and he had built the place after the war. Not a big place, like a B&B, but it provided some income for him.
He'd also agreed to provide a safehouse for my team back during the Cold War (if it had ever gone hot), and we had used his place during the Flintlock exercises, so we all knew each other.
At night, after closing, we'd all sit around in the main room and drink schnapps and trade stories. He still had his old collection of records of songs from back then, and at some point during the evening, he'd go put on a record and we'd all sit around the table and sing the old songs.
It was fun to take the wife there and sit around with my old friend and a few young Germans and watch their eyes light up while we drank and told stories and sang the old songs. They got to hear the things that had been forbidden to talk about in school from a man who'd been there. I spoke good Deutsch and Française, and some Polski and Russkiy, and we would ad-lib little comic skits with him as a German officer and me playing the parts of various French, Polish or Russians, just making it up as we went along, like, "Who's Line Is It?" with the wife and the kids sometimes joining in and playing other parts. It was a fucking ball, the wife and the kids loved it. Good times.
He was a good man and I still think about him sometimes.

Yes, but I would not make the same claim about him with WW2, the reckless gambles he made with German lives is unforgiveable in my eyes.
