pretty sure the US government is reimbursing some businesses shipping fees in order to get rid of brick and mortar stores

Which means you'll have no store of goods near you and they can cut you off at any time. Make sure to buy locally as much as possible

Before Amazon built it's own delivery network, they were the only business that got a discount on shipping with the U.S.P.S.
I used to deliver pallets of drop shipments directly to the post office back dock and the old union workers would tell me all kinds of stories about how the post office was intentionally being run into the ground

What were there stories?

What does USPS being run into the ground have to do with clicks n bricks being reimbursed for shipping?

Just trying to emphasize that you are correct. It was literally against federal regulations to give anyone a discount shipping rate, but Amazon got one anyway. They used that advantage and shady cut throat business strategies to shutdown any competition in any market they wanted

Locals are far left masker/vaxxers who need to die asap. I buy as much as possible from Amazon, Costco, and other online sources to avoid supporting them.
