Adrenaline causes blood vessels to constrict and the heart to beat faster. Imagine having a clot sticking to vessel wall, and now that wall moves, causing the "roots" of the clot to become stressed, and the blood that is flowing around the clot also moves faster to pluck that clot off the wall.

This happens throughout the body after a clot shot, resulting in massive groupings of clots, which impact blood flow everywhere.

In most cases of the jab though, these clots will not impact the heart itself, unless the clots are in the heart already. The clots in any of the vessels of the body will have to travel through the lungs first, and the lungs are a very, very, good filter of all manner of particulates in the body.

This is why deep vein thrombosis - which used to be one of the major diagnosis of clots before the jab - usually ended up as a pulmonary embolism for most deaths. Huge clot that travels to the ever narrowing vessels in the lungs, and then makes a clog somewhere, cutting off blood to a significant portion of the lungs.

Activity, air travel, stress, excitement, etc, all these can now trigger clots to become dislodged and travel back to the body.

Aside from just clots, the additional jab effects, like autoimmune disorders and electrical disruption of the heart, also contribute greatly to the amount of heart related effects, and deaths, over time.
