When I was in elementary school, in class singalong, we used to sing "Joy! to the world", "Away in a manager", "Hark, the herald angels sing", and other carols that were only about the birth of Christ. You're totally right about jews being behind the shopping and consumerism. It's notable that the Macy's Christmas Parade is sponsored by a department store run by a jew and features Santa Claus, and there's never a nativity scene.
