The version of the video you have linked through bitchute is the shorter (second) version. The longer (first) version is also on the playlist. The first version is 7 seconds longer but got flagged for age restriction (requires you to log in to view it, and likely was demonitized as a result).

I still haven't determined what was cut but was hoping someone else might know.
