Meh. Don't worry about it. We all have an "off" day. I think of it in tolerances. When your day goes perfectly, I think of it as the is completely within tolerance, that is it's completely within specs, where one hopes it's always it's +/-0. But that's not realistic, and most days are going to be off spec. You just had a day was WAY out of spec. These things happen. Just look forward to tomorrow and later days when your tolerance will be closer to 0.

i have done stuff like that out of anger that i had came to regret later on. sometimes its just comes out of nowhere as reaction of something that caused you frustration and/or irritation but yeah after awhile the accusations for your hot temper will haunt you for quite awhile.

I am generally pretty stoic. No one has ever seen me loose control like that, it's far to rare i let it happen. This now cost me $150. not a bad learning price to not cheap out on equipment for my machine shop.

I have been in work environments/cultures where losing your temper is an art form. It’s kind of fun if you get good at it. I don’t know how to explain it, it’s going to happen but you can be aware of enough of it to…I don’t know. If you do it right it is a cathartic experience instead of an escalating process.

It was 13C instead of my usual 17C. The plants should be fine in even colder temperatures. Most of my plants i have double, and one of each is dying, while the other is fine.

My week has basically been completely fucked with a bad cold/flu. So I can feel ya in a very recent manner.

My best thing to do when bad days like this happen is to just call it for the day. Don't try anything difficult, don't focus/stew on it, and just chill out for the rest of the day and play with the dogs or something.

Then make plans the next day to handle each issue in turn, one by one, until they are all fixed. Many times I find that there's stuff I've overlooked as the day got worse and worse that lead me to failure after failure. Taking a day off to cool off and not worry about it lets me come back at it with a fresh mind the next day.
