But then people will understand why Hitler wrote about it and how he feared the same happening to his people. What happens when people finally realize it wasn't, one day, for no reason whatsoever? What's next, they start showing maps that reveal that all the "death camps" were only located on the part of Germany the Jewish run Russians were in control of, even though Germany wasn't split at that location until after the war and it would have been impossible to only build "death camps" on the Russian half because it didn't exist? This all sounds very antisemitic.
