You are giving an objective definition to what is subject to ever changing community standards and tastes. And I don't think even formal definitions are in harmony with your view. The important takeaway is that we are dealing with subjectivity not objectivity. Though obviously someone's taste is going to win out in some way or another. Even in crafting legal standards there is always a collection of individual tastes whose differences of opinion often show up in up or down votes. And pornography is of course something subject to law.

Anyway, this excerpt from Britannica I think touches on your argument and the essential subjectivity it involves as opposed to your portrayal of it as your view being some kind of objective definition:

We see there that the English word pornography, derived from a Greek word, involves prostitution. So it's not really dealing specifically with the portrayal of a sexual act in this case. What is "sexual behavior"? One can easily envision that including things other than actual sex acts and it has - and I think if you look to dictionary definitions or those in legal rulings you'll get a sense that 'porn' is anything that appeals to the prurient interest and has no artistic or socially redeeming value AND offends community standards as articulated by the average person. This has been applied historically to everything from certain literature to lingerie catalogues to nudity in movies. On up. In this case porn is basically interchangeable with obscenity or what is obscene. I don't think beautiful girls diddling themselves on camera is deserving of a word, porn, long associated with what is illicit or obscene. You can disagree with me if you want. That's fine. But I'm far from the only one that thinks that in 2022. Community standards and all that.

In other words it is hard to define pornography to everyone's satisfaction. But it gets easier the harder it gets.
